If you would like to return any item, please all Memories at (800) 222-8463 for a return authorization number (items may not be returned unless you have a return number).

We accept returns in original and unused condition within 30 days of the ship date.
Please carefully re-pack the item to be returned in the original packing with the packing slip (with reason for return), insure and mail to:

Please examine your purchase(s) while the delivery truck is still at your premises. If there is any problem, please call us at (800) 222-8463. There will be no returns once the truck leaves your premises.

To avoid an unnecessary delivery charge note that the main reason for furniture returns is because the piece you have chosen does not fit into the intended space or does not fit through doorways and hallways. You can avoid this inconvenience by going through this pre-delivery checklist:

Measure the area where the furniture will be placed and be sure the piece you have selected fits within the dimensions. Walk the entire path from where the furniture will enter you home to its final destination. Make sure the furniture will fit through the entire path to where it will be placed.
